• Customer Interaction: Meet and engage with retail customers, assess their creditworthiness, and understand their specific needs.
• Solution Recommendation: Identify and suggest optimal financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Loan Processing & Portfolio Management: Oversee loan processing and build a quality portfolio through effective counseling and risk management.
• Relationship Building: Foster relationships with both external and internal customers through clear and effective communication.
• Business Expansion: Increase business by maintaining existing corporate relationships and forming new partnerships with corporates and developers to generate leads for HDFC Ltd.
