Job Description: Relationship Manager – Retail Lending
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Meet and engage with retail customers, assess their creditworthiness, and understand their specific needs.
- Solution Recommendation: Identify and suggest optimal financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Loan Processing & Portfolio Management: Oversee loan processing and build a quality portfolio through effective counseling and risk management.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with both external and internal customers through clear and effective communication.
- Business Expansion: Increase business by maintaining existing corporate relationships and forming new partnerships with corporates and developers to generate leads for HDFC Ltd.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and commitment to process improvement and value creation.
