Jharkhand: On Saturday at 9:42 am, two unknown criminals stole a gold chain from Sneha Kumari, a bank officer at the Bank of India Ratu Chatti branch. Sneha has reported the incident in writing to the Ratu police station.
Here’s what happened: Sneha had left her home in Shiv Nagar Pirra, which falls under the Ratu police station area, along with her father, Vijay Prakash. They were heading to the bank on a scooter, with her father driving and Sneha sitting behind him. As they reached near the Kathitand Shiv Mandir, close to Kanak Metal, two men on a bike suddenly came up from behind. Without warning, they snatched the gold chain from Sneha’s neck and quickly sped off.
The chain weighs 15 grams and is estimated to be worth more than one lakh rupees. As soon as the police received the information, they immediately began investigating the case. They are using CCTV footage from the area to help catch the criminals. The police are actively working on the case and hope to find clues that will lead them to the culprits.
