In this post, you can see that she has mentioned about late sitting. She has mentioned that you will have to sit late in the office because your boss likes to sit late in the office and your performance is calculated as per this only. Late sitting is becoming a very wrong culture in banks. It should be stopped as it impacts the work-life balance of employees and also negatively impacts the employees.

She shared the post of a user regarding office politics. The post said – “Office politics is becoming a major reason for the downfall of hardworking professionals, and it is contributing to the rising unemployment rate in India. Talented employees who dedicate themselves to their work are often sidelined due to favoritism, internal power struggles, and biased decision-making. Instead of recognizing and rewarding talent, many organizations allow toxic workplace politics to thrive, leading to the unjust removal of skilled employees. The worst part is that management often turns a blind eye to these issues, either ignoring or enabling such behavior.”
