Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Increase the number of CIFs (Certified Insurance Facilitators) and active branches.
- Train CIFs on products and selling techniques.
- Organize training programs to enhance CIFs’ skills.
- Improve CIFs’ productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships at the regional and branch levels.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and sales skills
