Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Unit Managers and Development Managers.
- Act as the profit center head, ensuring business growth and profitability.
- Achieve new business premium targets.
- Maintain a high standard of Insurance Advisor (IA) activation.
- Minimize the number of inactive or “Zero-business” advisors.
- Ensure administrative and financial discipline within the branch.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years
- Skills: Strong communication and management skills
- Qualification: Graduate
