Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets by recruiting and training high-quality Insurance Advisors (IAs).
- Develop business segments in line with company strategy while ensuring compliance.
- Build and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Provide training to IAs with support from the Learning & Development (LD) team.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s sales quality policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Skills: Strong communication and sales skills
- Qualification: Graduate
