Karnataka Bank has opened its New Branch in Ayodhya, Inauguration done by Ram Janmabhoomi Trustees

On Thursday, Karnataka Bank marked a significant milestone by opening its 915th branch in the holy city of Ayodhya. This momentous occasion was celebrated with the inauguration of not only the main branch but also a dedicated mini e-lobby, reflecting the bank’s commitment to providing modern and convenient banking services to the local community.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including Anil Mishra and Gopal Nagarakatte, both Trustees of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. Mr. Mishra inaugurated the main branch, while Mr. Nagarakatte dedicated the mini e-lobby, symbolizing the bank’s alignment with the ongoing development and spiritual significance of Ayodhya.

Speaking at the event, Srikrishnan H., Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Karnataka Bank, expressed the bank’s delight in entering the “holy city of Ayodhya, which is now on the global map.” He emphasized the bank’s longstanding legacy of 100 years and its commitment to offering “world-class banking and digital services” to the residents of Ayodhya.

Sekhar Rao, Executive Director of the bank, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the significance of the branch opening coinciding with the “imminent opening of the Shri Rama Temple”.
