UFBU says Bankers can attend office on Sunday

UFBU has said that Bankers can attend office on Sunday. Govt has ordered Banks to remain open on Sunday. UFBU says if RBI gives approval, bankers can attend office.

The banks will remain closed on 28, 29 and 30 September 2026 due to proposed strike by Bank employees. In view of the strike, the government has ordered banks to remain open on Sunday – 27 September 2026. The RBI has also granted approval to open banks on Sunday.
