
According to the orders of the Senior Division Civil Judge, a case of fraud has been registered against the branch manager of State Bank of India’s Nakaha branch and another person. In the registered case at Khiri police station, Deendayal, a resident of Bhatthapurwa village in Laharpur Kotwali of Sitapur district, stated that his account is in the Nakaha branch of State Bank of India.

- Based on the orders of the Senior Division Civil Judge, a case of fraud has been filed against the branch manager of State Bank of India’s Nakaha branch and another person.
- The case was registered in Khiri police station.
- Deendayal, a resident of Bhatthapurwa village in Laharpur Kotwali of Sitapur district, mentioned that his account is in the Nakaha branch of State Bank of India.
- It is alleged that in March, he was withdrawing money from the SBI ATM in Nakaha when a person standing behind him switched his card and left ATM with name Rupeshkant Pandey written on it. Later, on March 17, 1.06 lakh rupees were withdrawn from the account.
- The face of the accused might have been captured on the CCTV camera at the ATM. Despite multiple requests, the bank branch manager did not show them the footage.
- The victim filed a written complaint at the police station. When no action was taken, they filed an application in the court.
- Khiri police have registered a case of fraud against the accused Rupeshkant Pandey and the bank branch manager on the orders of the court.
