One more video of a Regional Manager scolding the branch managers has gone viral on social media. In the video it can be seen that the RM is scolding the branch managers for unsatisfactory performance.

Due to such unwanted misbehave of some regional authorities officers are demotivated at public sector banks, we should condemn such culture
From the vefio provided, except, a little bit of raised voice, I do not see any humiliating. I have also seen umpteen lethargic branch managers. Actually one should tell the RM please do not shout and take tension. It spoils your health
