Punjab & Sind Bank Appoints Kristam Subba Raju Guptha as Part-Time Non-Official Director for 3 Years

Punjab & Sind Bank has announced the appointment of Shri Kristam Subba Raju Guptha as a Part-Time Non-Official Director on the Bank’s Board.

Appointment for Three Years

The Central Government nominated Shri Kristam Subba Raju Guptha as Part-Time Non-Official Director through a notification dated 12 August 2026. The appointment has been made under Section 9(3)(h) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980. He will hold the position for three years from the date of the notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The appointment became effective on 12 August 2026.
