Selection Process
The selection process will consist of shortlisting of candidates, followed by one or more rounds of Personal/Video Interview and CTC Negotiation, as applicable.
Shortlisting
Mere fulfilment of the minimum educational qualification and experience does not guarantee that a candidate will be called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the parameters for shortlisting and the number of candidates to be shortlisted.
The decision of the Bank regarding shortlisting and calling candidates for interview will be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Call Letter for Interview
The interview call letter/intimation will be sent through email or uploaded on the Bank’s official website. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent to the candidates.
Interview
The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by the Bank. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
CTC Negotiation
The Bank may negotiate the Cost to Company (CTC) with shortlisted/provisionally qualified candidates, as applicable, through either of the following modes:
a) CTC Negotiation at the Time of Interview:
CTC negotiation may be conducted individually with the candidate during the interview, either one-by-one during the interview or after completion of the interview process on the same day.
b) CTC Negotiation After the Interview:
CTC negotiation may be conducted separately either on the same day after completion of the interview process or on a subsequent date, as decided by the Bank.
Where CTC negotiation is conducted separately, candidates will be called for negotiation in order of merit.
If a provisionally selected candidate does not agree to the CTC offered by the Bank, the candidate will be treated as having voluntarily exited the recruitment process. In such a case, the next candidate in the order of merit may be considered for CTC negotiation, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and other applicable conditions.
The Bank reserves the right to decide the mode, date and procedure for CTC negotiation.
Merit List
The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based solely on the marks obtained in the interview.
In case more than one candidate obtains the same cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit list according to their age in descending order.
