JPMorgan Lorna Hajdini Case Update: Bank tried to settle case privately
New shocking revelations have been made against JPMorgan Bank. JPMorgan Chase reportedly offered USD 1 million to the complainant to privately settle serious allegations of sexual assault, harassment and workplace discrimination before the matter escalated into a public legal battle, according to reports by The Wall Street Journal.
According to the lawsuit, Chirayu Rana accused senior JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini of sexual assault, coercion, racial harassment and workplace intimidation.
In another report, a witness has given a surprising statement. As per witness, Lorna Hajdini visited the flat of complainant ‘completely naked’ and forced him to involve in a ‘threesome’.

However, both Hajdini and JPMorgan have strongly denied all allegations. They say an investigation found no evidence of any wrongdoing.
The lawsuit was removed from Manhattan Supreme Court records last week. It was refiled on Monday with two new anonymous witness statements, according to the New York Post.
One witness, believed to be a family friend of the accuser, said he was staying at a New York City apartment in late 2024. He claims he woke up in the middle of the night when a woman entered the room.
According to the statement, the woman was Hajdini, who was “completely naked.” She sat on the sofa where the witness was sleeping. He said she lit a cigarette and asked him to join them in the bedroom.
The witness said he refused several times. He claims Hajdini replied, “You know I own you, so you’d better come join.”
He also said she later went back to the bedroom, and he heard the accuser pleading, “No, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.”
The witness stated that Hajdini left the apartment that night. He also said the accuser later told him that Hajdini had repeatedly harassed him and pressured him into sexual acts, and threatened him if he refused.
A second anonymous witness also submitted a statement, according to The Sun. He claims the accuser told him in 2024 that a woman at the office was making his “life hell.” He also said he personally saw Hajdini kissing the accuser’s neck and grabbing him, and that the accuser looked uncomfortable during the incident. Both statements were signed in July last year.
Despite these new claims, JPMorgan and Hajdini continue to deny all allegations. The bank said it does not believe the claims have any merit and stated that the complainant did not fully cooperate with the investigation.
Hajdini’s lawyers also denied the allegations. They said she never dated the accuser, never had any sexual or romantic relationship with him, and never gave him drugs. They called the claims false and damaging to her reputation.
