Union Bank Officers’ Association in Bihar state is attempting to appease the bank management by ignoring the strike call of AIBOC.
Union Bank Officers’ Association in Bihar, affiliated to AIBOC, recently asked its members to source 1 Premium current account, 1 Premium Savings Account and 1 Vehicle or Personal Loan. Till here everything seemed to be all good.
But association asked its members to sources these leads to honour the maiden visit of MD&CEO Shri Asheesh Pandey to Patna zone.
The members are criticizing the union for flattering the bank management. Bank employees are asking – Why union is asking members to source leads, when AIBOC has announced strike?
Bankers say that leads should be sourced for welfare of Bank and not flattering MD&CEO of Bank. Bankers are severely criticizing the President and General Secretary.
Till now, the association has not released any justification behind the act.
