Indian Bank has released vacancy for recruitment of candidates to the post of Financial Literacy Counsellor in Biswanath District Assam. The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) operates 33 Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institutes (INDSETIs) across their Lead Districts. IBTRD is now looking to hire a Financial Literature Counsellor on a contractual basis for a period of two years in Biswanath District, Assam. There are a total of 1 vacancy for this post.

Communication skills | Fluency in local language and English. |
Other requirements | Valid Driving License is a must since the nature of job also involves travelling / field visit. |
Monthly Remuneration | Rs.18000/- per month. |
Allowance for conducting Financial Literacy Camps in a month | 0-4 camps /month – NIL |
5-9 camps/month – Rs.2000/- | |
10 and above/ month – Rs.4000/- | |
Newspaper | Rs.250/- or actual amount (whichever is lower) |
Mobile Expenses | Rs.300/- or actual amount (whichever is lower) |

Engagement Period
Appointments will be made on a contractual basis for a duration of 2 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 years, subject to a maximum age limit of 68 years. Extensions will be contingent upon an annual performance review conducted by the respective Zonal Manager, based on satisfactory performance.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be invited for a personal interview to evaluate their communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills with trainees, as well as their developmental approach. Candidates may also be required to deliver a demonstration or presentation to assess their teaching skills and communication capabilities.
