Job Description: Operations (Front Office)

1. Credit Appraisal: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and ability to repay loans.
2. Customer Interaction & Loan Counseling: Engage and guide customers through loan options and requirements.
3. Documentation: Collect and verify required documents.
4. Loan Processing/Disbursement: Manage loan processing and disbursement procedures.
5. Cross-Selling: Promote and sell products from group companies.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications: Graduates/Post Graduates or MBA with a solid academic record (minimum 60% marks) and strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
