In a gesture of appreciation and gratitude, the State Bank of India (SBI) recently distributed gifts and sweets, valued at Rs. 2,500, to each of its employees. This initiative, aimed at recognizing the hard work and dedication of the bank’s workforce, aligns with SBI’s ongoing commitment to employee well-being and morale. Earlier, PNB had released guidelines to distribute gifts and sweets worth Rs.2000 to each Employee.

It was there before too in so other form maybe a less amount..I am also a retd employee officer of bank , and was cs and AML KMP in a subsidiary of the esteemed Bank and also have worked in branch and corporate office. One of the Best facilities canteen, stores for small item sales ( now discontinued) excellent facilities at almost all.LHos ( local head office of the Bank) canteen at bombay main and chennai is too good. + Sport facilites, library for catering to reading habits having Marathi literature and such books best English books, comics fiction and also a general library in ERD dept 6 th floor.
    Bank too extraordinary care of all during pandemic by giving service reimbursement of medical to all retired staff, hotel facilities for quarantine, car pool at bank’s cost for attending office. The list is endless and excellent. Cs Venkat
