The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the Har Payment Digital contest, encouraging citizens to create short videos or comic strips promoting digital payments. Participants can submit entries on themes such as:
- India Pays Digitally
- Promoting Usage of Digital Payments
- Adopting Digital Payments for Ease
- Safety in Digital Payments
Contest Guidelines:
- Participants must have a public profile on social media, where likes/views on the post are visible.
- Content should be original, relevant, and awareness-oriented.
- Posts should be made only on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Moj, or Sharechat.
- Entries must include the hashtags #DigitalPaymentsAwarenessWeek, #HarPaymentDigital, #HarPaymentDigitalContest, and #IndiaPaysDigitally in the caption.
- One entry per person is allowed, and multiple posts will lead to disqualification.
- Only posts with at least 10,000 followers will be considered.
- Posts with over 1,00,000 views will be eligible for prizes, and those with 50,000 views will be considered for incentives.
- Winners must submit identity proof and proof of ownership to claim their prize.
Prizes for Each Contest:
- 1st Prize: ₹2,00,000
- 2nd Prize: ₹1,00,000
- 3rd Prize: ₹50,000
- 5 Consolation Prizes: ₹25,000 each
Criteria for Prizes:
- Relevance and appropriateness of the content
- Creativity of the content
- Number of views on the post
