SBI New Vacancy: Apply for Lead Business Analyst Post in SBI, Salary Rs.45 Lakh
The State Bank of India (SBI) has released notification pdf for recruitment of candidates to the post of Lead Business Analyst. All details such as eligibility, age limit, education qualifications, and notification pdf are given below. Last date to apply is 04.05.2026.
Age Limit
The minimum age to apply for this recruitment is 30 years and maximum age is 40 years.
Educational Qualifications
Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML/Analytics or equivalent degree in above specified discipline from a University / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India /approval be Govt. Regulatory bodies. or MCA or M. Tech. / MSc/ in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML or equivalent degree in above specified discipline from a University / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.
Preferred: MBA (System / Finance / Operations/ Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience (Post Basic Qualification)
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience in IT Domain, with minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst.
Vacancies
There are a total of 08 vacancies for this recruitment. 5 vacancies are for UR candidates. 2 vacancies are for OBC candidates and 1 vacancy is for SC candidate.
Salary
Selected candidates will get maximum CTC upto Rs.45.00 lakh. Fixed Pay will be 85% of CTC and rest is variable pay as per performance of candidate.
Application Fees
Application fees and Intimation Charges (Nonrefundable) is 750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST /PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee that a candidate will be called for the interview. A shortlisting committee formed by the Bank will तय the criteria and shortlist candidates accordingly. The Bank’s decision regarding shortlisting will be final and no communication will be entertained.
The interview will carry 100 marks, and the qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The merit list will be prepared based only on the marks obtained in the interview, arranged in descending order. If two or more candidates get the same marks at the cut-off, they will be ranked based on their age, with older candidates placed higher in the merit list.
