SBI Retired Bank Officer Recruitment 2026: The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a new recruitment notification for hiring retired bank officers as Resolvers on a contract basis under Advertisement No. CRPD/RS/2026-27/06.

Circle-wise Vacancy Details

A total of 105 vacancies have been announced across different SBI circles:

• New Delhi – 15 posts
• Lucknow – 13 posts
• Patna – 10 posts
• Bhopal – 9 posts
• Kolkata – 7 posts
• Jaipur, Gandhinagar, Guwahati – 6 posts each
• Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai Metro – 5 posts each
• Maharashtra – 4 posts
• Amaravati – 3 posts
• Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Thiruvananthapuram – 2 posts each

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Resolver Recruitment 2026

• Only retired officers of State Bank of India (SBI) are eligible.
• The engagement shall be up to the maximum age of 65 years, subject to satisfactory performance and renewal of contract. As such, maximum age as on 31.03.2026 should not be more than 63 years.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of banking systems and procedures.
• Applicants should have retired on superannuation with a clean service record.

Candidates who opted for voluntary retirement before meeting eligibility conditions or have any disciplinary issues are not eligible.

Remuneration

• MMGS-II: ₹45,000 per month
• MMGS-III: ₹45,000 per month
• SMGS-IV: ₹50,000 per month

The salary is fixed, and no additional benefits such as PF, gratuity, or allowances will be provided.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on experience and suitability
• Interview (100 marks)
• Document verification

Job Role

• Selected candidates will be appointed as Resolvers. Their main responsibility will be to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution at Circle Complaint Resolution Centres (CCRC).
