Key Responsibilities
- 360° Credit Assessment: Understand in detail the client’s business and financials and prepare a quality appraisal note in collaboration with the Risk Management team.
- Business Development: Market scoping, segmenting and targeting to acquire new clients as per the risk appetite of the bank and drive ecosystem revenue o The RM for the purpose of business origination, will engage with banks, brokers, corporates, law firms, trade associations, chamber of commerce as well as attend events, participate in seminars, and trade fairs.
- Collaboration: Work in synergy with different internal teams of the Bank in order to deliver the right solutions to the customer. Collaborative working is key in this role.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a high-quality portfolio of corporate clients. Work towards generating new business leads as well as deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Customer Service: Create service excellence by partnering with customers through their life cycle and offer suitable products and services based on their financial needs while being fair to the customer and fair to the bank in all engagements.
