Management Trainee – Human Resource ManagementCandidates applying for the HR Management post must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation from a full-time course of at least 3 years duration. In addition, applicants must possess a full-time MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS with specialization in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management from a minimum 2-year course. Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
Management Trainee – AdministrationOption 1: Applicants should have a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation from a full-time 3-year course along with a full-time MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS specializing in Hotel and Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent discipline. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
Option 2: Candidates having a full-time B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks are also eligible, provided they also possess a full-time MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks.

Exim Bank MT Recruitment 2026 Pay Scale & Stipend Details

  • Management Trainees will be absorbed in Junior Management Grade (JM-I) as Deputy Manager after successful completion of one year of training. During the training period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000.
  • The pay scale for Deputy Manager (JM-I) is ₹48,480–85,920 as per the IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement.
