Role Overview

As a Senior Manager – Mobility Technology, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of technology platforms, evaluating and implementing innovative technology solutions, and driving business excellence through mobility frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance digital offerings and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Architecture

• Define the current and future vision for mobile architecture, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Architect large-scale cloud-native and on-premises mobility systems.
• Explore and implement emerging mobility technologies to enhance banking solutions.

Solution Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and implement mobility solutions in compliance with the bank’s guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Create business cases that document challenges, solutions, benefits, costs, and risks.
• Ensure continuous upgrades, migrations, and improvements in mobility platforms.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business, product, and functional teams to develop mobility solutions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to maintain and enhance mobile technology frameworks.

Operations & Support

• Provide continuous support for critical mobility systems.
• Ensure seamless operation, security, and scalability of mobile platforms.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Experience:

• 12-18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in mobility frameworks.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of mobility technologies, cloud-native architectures, and on-premises solutions.
• Experience with mobile application design, development, and management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking technology.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging mobility technologies.
