Bank of America changes rules for Work From Home
Bank of America is tightening its hybrid work rules, preventing eligible employees from working remotely on two consecutive business days from mid-September.
The Bank of America is an American multinational bank and financial services holding company. It is the second-largest banking institution in the United States and the second-largest bank in the world by market capitalization, both after JPMorgan Chase.
The bank has maintained a hybrid arrangement since 2022 under which many employees are expected to work from the office at least three days a week.
As per new policy, Employees will not be able to work remotely on two consecutive business days. This means that employees can’t work remotely on Thursday and Friday. They can work remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.
Employees at Bank of America work 5 days a week. The employees have to work from the office three days a week, and earlier they could work remotely for the remaining days of the week.
