Bank of Baroda MD & CEO summoned by Labour Commissioner to resolve staff shortage in Gramin Banks

The Labour Commissioner has requested MD & CEO to attend conciliation meeting on 24.06.2024 to resolve the ongoing issues with Gramin Bank employees. Gramin Bank Employees have threatened to go on indefinite strike if their demands are not met. The employees have demanded the bank management to conduct recruitment and fill the vacant posts. The banks are suffering from huge staff shortage and bank employees have requested the management to resolve this issue.
