AIPNBOA Raises voice against Harassment of Employees in Delhi
AIPNBOA Delhi AGS, Shri Vishal Gautam, has written a letter to the Zonal Head Delhi, requesting him to take action against CAC Head Delhi.
The staff members of CAC Delhi had submitted a detailed complaint to AIPNBOA regarding the toxic work culture prevailing in CAC Delhi.
The complaints reveal a deeply disturbing pattern of behavior by the CAC Head that is fundamentally at odds with the professional standards of the bank.
This matter was previously raised and discussed during the Circle MRM dated March 7, 2026, with the Circle Head, South Delhi.
However, despite attempts to resolve these issues through dialogue, there has been absolutely no improvement in the ground reality. On the contrary, the situation has worsened significantly.
The staff members report the consistent use of filthy, abusive, and demeaning language. Specifically, male employees are subjected to derogatory remarks suggesting they are a burden on the bank, while female staff members face highly inappropriate comments regarding their physical appearance and grooming.
Moreover, there is forced inspection of personal phones and WhatsApp chats. This represents a gross violation of privacy that cannot be tolerated in any professional workspace.
AIPNBOA said – Such conduct has institutionalized a culture of fear and constant mental stress, which is now manifesting in severe anxiety and declining physical health among the workforce.

AIPNBOA has requested Zonal Head to take strict disciplinary action against Shri Alok Kumar. AIPNBOA has also requested the immediate transfer of the concerned Department Head.
AIPNBOA has also simultaneously initiated organizational actions against this blatant harassment. If the Bank management does not take action against the accused, then AIPNBOA may resort to protests all over the country.
