A video of salary of Bank of Baroda PO has gone viral on social media. In the video, a newly recruited PO shared his salary slip and the video went viral.

In an Instagram video, Bank of Baroda employee – Pankaj Kumar Das shared his first salary slip from May 2025, which showed an in-hand amount of Rs 98,745. He later clarified that this specific figure was for 40 days of work rather than a single month.

He also mentioned the allowances paid by Bank to him as a probationary officer. These include lease accommodation, petrol allowance, newspaper allowance, entertainment allowance, medical support, refreshment allowance, house maintenance, mobile and recharge expenses, and even eye check-up coverage.

Let’s have a look at the Salary Structure of IBPS PO?

The 2026 IBPS PO (Probationary Officer) starting basic pay is ₹48,480, with a gross monthly salary of approximately ₹78,000–₹90,000, depending on the city of posting and allowances. The net in-hand salary for a new IBPS PO is approximately ₹71,000–₹76,000 per month after deductions like PF and taxes. The salary slip is given below.
