SBI has released the notification for recruitment of candidates to various posts – Deputy Vice President (Analytical Marketing & Campaigns) , Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing), Content Specialist

Post Name : DEPUTY VICE PRESIDENT (ANALYTICAL MARKETING & CAMPAIGN)

a) Age: Minimum 33 years – Maximum 45 years (as on 31.08.2026)

b) Education Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Business Analytics.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certification in Digital Marketing / Marketing Analytics from universities recognised by the accrediting bodies of the concerned countries. Certification in GA4 & Google Ads.

c) Post-Qualification Experience:

  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of marketing in e-Commerce / Banking Industry / Fintech Company / Information Technology or a consumer-facing company.
  • Preferred Experience: Out of 10 years, at least 3–5 years’ experience as a Marketing Analyst / Business Analyst will be preferred.

b) Education Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing from universities recognised by the accrediting bodies of the concerned countries. Certification in Google Ads, Performance Marketing & GA4.

c) Post-Qualification Experience:

  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of marketing in e-Commerce / Banking Industry / Fintech Company / Information Technology or a consumer-facing company.
  • Preferred Experience: Out of 10 years, at least 3–5 years’ full-time experience as a Digital Acquisition Executive or in Marketing on Social Media Platforms in a related field will be preferred.

Post Name : CONTENT SPECIALIST

a) Age: Minimum 25 years – Maximum 40 years (as on 31.08.2026)

b) Education Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Advertising or a related field.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, Advertising, Creative Writing, Communications or related disciplines will be preferred.

c) Post-Qualification Experience:

  • Mandatory Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in content production, digital operations or creative coordination roles, ideally in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Practical experience working within a MarTech-driven environment, such as CMS, marketing automation and analytics tools.
    • Experience managing operational aspects of content/creative campaigns across digital channels.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process will be based on Shortlisting and Interview, followed by CTC Negotiation, wherever applicable.

1. Shortlisting

Mere fulfilment of the minimum educational qualification and experience does not guarantee that a candidate will be called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and the number of candidates to be shortlisted.

The Bank’s decision regarding shortlisting and calling candidates for interview will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

2. Call Letter for Interview

The Intimation/Call Letter for Interview will be sent through email or uploaded on the Bank’s website. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent.

3. Interview

The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by the Bank.

For the post of Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing), shortlisted candidates will also be required to deliver a 5–10 minute presentation on the relevant job profile in PPT format as part of the interview process.

No correspondence will be entertained regarding the qualifying marks decided by the Bank.

4. CTC Negotiation

The Bank may negotiate the Cost to Company (CTC) with shortlisted/provisionally qualified candidates, as applicable, through either of the following modes:

a) CTC Negotiation at the Time of Interview:
CTC negotiation may be conducted individually with the candidate during the interview, either one-by-one during the interview or after completion of the interview process on the same day.

b) CTC Negotiation Subsequent to the Interview:
CTC negotiation may be conducted separately either on the same day after completion of the interview process or on a subsequent date, as decided by the Bank.

Where CTC negotiation is conducted separately, candidates will be called for negotiation in order of merit.

If a provisionally selected candidate does not agree to the CTC offered by the Bank, the candidate will be treated as having voluntarily exited the recruitment process. In such a case, the next candidate in the order of merit may be considered for CTC negotiation, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and other applicable conditions.

The Bank reserves the right to decide the mode, date and procedure for CTC negotiation.

5. Merit List

The merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview only.

In case more than one candidate obtains the same cut-off marks, the candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order in the merit list.

6. Final Selection

The top-ranked candidates in the merit list, with whom CTC negotiation has been successfully completed, will be finally selected.
