There is one more big news related to NBFCs in India. NBFCs in India are failing badly and now 5 more NBFCs have closed. RBI has cancelled Certificate of Registration of one NBFC in Kanpur.
RBI cancelled License of NBFC in Kanpur
The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the following company.
