You will be shocked to know that 54 sexual harassment complaints were filed by female employees working in India’s largest public sector bank – State Bank of India (SBI). The details of complaints are as follows:

This is a very serious issue as the number of women employees is rising in the banking sector. It is the duty of the bank and government to provide a safe working environment for women employees. As per reports, now around 30% employees in SBI are females. Thus, the sexual harassment complaints should be dealt with very seriously.
