1655 SBI Employees have resigned from their Job in FY 2025-26. As per an RTI reply, 1655 employees of State Bank of India have resigned from their jobs in FY 2025-26.

Not only Scale 1, but 22 Scale IV Officers have also resigned from their jobs. The details are as follows:

As per reports, the attrition rate is increasing in Public Sector Banks due to increasing work load and changing transfer policies.

The highest attrition rate is in Clerical cadre as the employees look for better opportunities.
