Buxar: The farewell of branch manager Ravi Prakash from Punjab National Bank in Kadsar, Buxar, was a memorable event that has sparked conversations throughout the district. The people of Kadsar village, located at the outskirts about 50 km away from the district headquarters, showed their deep respect for him during his farewell.
In a unique gesture to make his farewell unforgettable, the villagers arranged for him to be seated on a JCB vehicle as he embarked on a short journey. Branch manager Raj Prakash has been transferred from Buxar to the bank’s zonal office in Ara.
Before the transfer, outgoing branch manager Shri Prakash handed over his responsibilities to the new branch manager, Suhail Kumar. To honor the contributions of both the transferred branch manager and the new branch manager, a farewell cum felicitation ceremony was organized by the bank employees and customers at the bank branch premises. During his speech, the outgoing branch manager Prakash emphasized the importance of humanity and setting an example for others. He shared his experiences from his tenure of over three years, highlighting the district’s awareness of banking processes and the positive relationship between the people and the bank. He expressed his gratitude for the time that had flown by without him even realizing it.
In the midst of the felicitation ceremony, the new branch manager Suhail Kumar stated that his top priority would be to inform customers about various government schemes related to the bank and ensure their smooth implementation.
