We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Sheejal Vijaypal on her outstanding achievement. Qualifying the MPPSC examination five times is a testament to her hard work, determination and perseverance. We wish her all the very best in her future career and hope she continues to inspire many aspirants across the country.

Sheejal Vijaypal’s achievement is a matter of pride, but it also raises an important question. SBI has once again lost a talented officer to the civil services. Earlier, SBI Manager Rashmi Kiran also left the bank after being selected as an SDM through the Bihar Public Service Commission. When talented officers leave India’s largest bank for civil services, banks should think about the reasons behind it. Along with good salary, banks should provide employees with a better work environment, less work pressure, better career opportunities, and the dignity and respect that many civil service jobs offer. If banks want to retain talented employees, they need to make banking jobs more attractive and satisfying.
