Punjab National Bank Promotion Process 2019-20 Issue

All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association has raised the issue of release of promotion from scale 3 to scale 4 for the financial year 2019-20. The union has urged that several discrepancies were reported in the promotion process and satisfactory response has not been received yet. The excerpts of letter are as follows:
