  1. Very bad.Seems his involvement is only sanction of loan…but fraud documents –he could not identify.. But for that committing Suicide is very bad.He could analyze it to higher officials & Union leaders.Very bad.

    higher officials

  2. I was also formerly bank employee, got voluntary retirement, in June -2020 mainly due to the fact of unforeseen and expected pressure from political level on advances. No body at higher official level for support. A branch manager has to move with self and his family only. During political pressure if any he can’ t even speak to his neighbour even. Suicide ills fall on the family.
Banks, especially public sector banks are under extreme staff shortage. Even 2-3 members, including Branch Maner are working hard to manage and serve the public. No recruitment after any one retires.
One Question always remain heavy with the branch manager or immediate officer will always be: where to report the grievance, when no body lissons?

  3. Mr Prasad is right terming suicide as “VERY BAD”. However
An ominous shadow of disgrace lurking over one’s psyche threatening one’s public image, is terrifying and scary scenario.
And suicide, I think, is an outcome of a moment’s bad-chice.
I m sure he fell alone and abandoned. Certainly his officers/boyses gaye him a short shrift.
Such lackadaisical attitude, finally, made his children fatherless amd mother a window.
47 is too young an age ti die.
My condolences ti family especially his children and his wife ( Now a widow)
