Notification Regarding Office Closures for Republic Day Celebrations 2025

In connection with the Republic Day Parade, At Home Function, and Beating the Retreat Ceremony 2025, the following arrangements have been made for government offices:

1. Full Dress Rehearsal (23.01.2025)
   • Government offices in buildings listed in Annexure-A will:
     • Close at 6:30 PM on 22.01.2025.
     • Remain closed till 1:00 PM on 23.01.2025.
2. Republic Day Celebrations (26.01.2025)
   • Government offices in buildings listed in Annexure-A will:
     • Close at 1:00 PM on 25.01.2025.
     • Remain closed till 1:00 PM on 26.01.2025.
3. At Home Function (26.01.2025)
   • Government offices in buildings listed in Annexure-B will:
     • Close at 1:00 PM on 25.01.2025.
     • Remain closed till 7:30 PM on 26.01.2025.
4. Special Show at Vijay Chowk (28.01.2025)
   • Government offices in buildings listed in Annexure-C will:
     • Close at 4:00 PM on 28.01.2025.
     • Remain closed till 7:30 PM on 28.01.2025.
5. Beating the Retreat Ceremony (29.01.2025)
   • Government offices in buildings listed in Annexure-D will:
     • Close at 12:00 PM on 29.01.2025.
     • Remain closed till 7:30 PM on 29.01.2025.
