ICICI Bank Announces Changes in Charges for Credit Card Services

ICICI Bank has recently communicated to its customers via mail regarding revisions to several credit card services. These revisions are set to take effect from July 1, 2024. The bank has made changes that will benefit customers by discontinuing charges associated with certain essential services.

Discontinued Charges

Here are the charges that will no longer be applicable:

  • Charge Slip Request: Effective July 1, customers will no longer be charged a fee of ₹100 per charge slip request.
  • Cheque or Cash Collection: ICICI Bank will no longer charge a fee of ₹100 per pick-up for cheque or cash collection services.
  • Dial-a-Draft Service: Customers availing of the Dial-a-Draft service will no longer have to pay a fee equivalent to 3% of the draft amount or a maximum of ₹300, starting from July 1.
