On December 1st, between 12:30 and 1:00 PM, an employee of Insta Go Pvt. Ltd. physically assaulted his boss, Amol Seshrao Dhoble, in front of other staff members at the company’s office in Chandan Nagar, Pune. The incident occurred after the employee, Satyam Shingvi, was removed from a company WhatsApp group following numerous customer complaints about his behavior.
Shingvi, angered by his removal, confronted Dhoble in his office, demanding an explanation. He arrived wielding a bamboo stick, which he used to assault Dhoble and damage his iPhone. Additionally, Shingvi vandalized the office before fleeing the scene.
Following the incident, Dhoble, a 31-year-old resident of Khandve Nagar, Lohegaon, filed an FIR against Shingvi at the Chandan Nagar Police Station. The police have registered a case against Shingvi under sections 324, 504, 506, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code along with the Maharashtra Police Act.
