DLF Sells 221 Ultra-Luxury Flats Worth Rs.16,000 Crore in Gurugram
Gurugram: Real estate giant DLF Ltd has achieved another milestone in India’s luxury housing market by selling 221 ultra-luxury apartments worth nearly ₹16,000 crore in its flagship project, The Dahlias, located in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. The project, launched in October 2023, has quickly emerged as one of the most sought-after residential addresses in the NCR region.

According to DLF’s investor presentation, total sales bookings for The Dahlias touched ₹15,818 crore by the end of the September 2025 quarter.
