The team from the Central Bank of India in Mumbai has sealed a property worth crores of rupees located in Seth Enclave Colony near the courthouse due to unpaid loans by Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav. Rajpal had secured a loan of three crores for film production using the property papers as collateral.

Rajpal had used the production house named Shri Naurang Godavari Entertainment Limited, registered under his parents’ names, for the film’s production. This production house is registered in the name of his wife, Radha Yadav. Rajpal and Om Puri starred in the film, which featured several actors from Shahjahanpur.

It is reported that the actor took a loan of three crores from the Central Bank of India in Mumbai for the film’s production, using land and buildings in his father’s name as collateral. Due to non-repayment, the bank’s team from the Bandra-Kurla Complex branch sent a letter to the Sadar Bazaar police station on August 8th, requesting force for the action. Subsequently, the bank’s team, acting discreetly without police accompaniment, sealed the property in Seth Enclave. They did not inform local officials about the action. Sources indicate that the original loan amount of three crores has now increased to eleven crores.

Rajpal Yadav’s property is located near the courthouse overbridge. Part of it is rented out to a marble dealer. The bank’s team sealed the lock on the building’s gate, but did not shut down the cooler running inside. The team had put up a banner indicating the bank’s property, but no such letter or banner was found there on Monday.
