In Bilaspur, employees of the Bank of India have launched a protest against the chief branch manager Kamlesh Kumar Mishra. During this, they wore black bands at branches of the bank across the state. The bank employee union says that any kind of misconduct with employees will not be tolerated.
In fact, employees of the Dayalbagh branch had complained to the union officials about the chief branch manager Kamlesh Kumar Mishra. In the complaint, they alleged that Mishra’s behavior with employees is not good. He often expresses his anger on employees without any reason and behaves inappropriately in front of customers.
The union, angry with the manager’s attitude, has launched a protest. Employees wore black bands at branches of the Bank of India across the state to express their protest. During this, they came out of the bank and raised slogans symbolically, creating a ruckus. Union officials said that employees are working continuously with hard work and dedication. In such a situation, the manager’s attitude mentally disturbs them. The union has submitted a memorandum demanding action against the manager.
