Bank strike on 4th December has been cancelled by AIBEA.
What AIBEA said?
On our strike notice today there was conciliation meeting before CLC in Delhi. After discussions managements agreed to maintain status quo on outsourcing. CLC advised that ID act and settlements should not be violated by banks. On recruitment it was agreed that manpower policy will be discussed at IBA level. Aibea agreed to defer the bankwise and statewise strikes and continue the discussiobs. Conciliation adjourned to 12th Jan. Strike on 19 and 20 Jan stands.
