Bank Employee accused of Raping Girl on Pretext of Marriage

Puranpur, Pilibhit: A married bank employee has been accused of raping a girl for six years on the pretext of marriage. On Saturday, the accused lured the girl from her home to his rented room and raped her. After this, he left her on the Assam Highway and fled. The girl reached the police station with her family and demanded action against the accused.
The girl reached the police station with her family on Sunday and told the police in her complaint that the accused works in a bank in Pilibhit city. The details of bank have not been revealed due to privacy concerns. The married man is a resident of Bisalpur. The girl alleges that the man trapped her in his love trap six years ago on the pretext of marriage.
She has taken a room on rent in a locality of the city. It is alleged that the man often called her to his room and sexually harassed her. On insisting on marriage, the accused took her to his room on May 31 as well. On Sunday, he left her near a dhaba on the Assam Highway and fled. She informed her family about this.
Kotwal Satendra Singh said that after the complaint, the girl has said that she has reached a settlement with the boy. She has said that if the boy does not agree to her conditions, the police will take action. More details will be released soon.
