On Tuesday morning, a fight erupted between a bank cashier and customer in the Vindhyachal police station area. The incident resulted in the closure of the bank as the employees went to the Vindhyachal police station. It was only around 3:30 pm that the bank resumed its operations.

The incident began when a bank customer from Bhaidpur village had filled out a slip on Monday to withdraw Rs 12,000. Allegedly, the bank cashier, Ritesh Raj, claimed a shortage of funds and requested the customer to withdraw only Rs 5,000. This disagreement led to an argument between the two parties, and the customer ultimately left without taking any money.

The situation escalated on Tuesday when the bank cashier encountered the customer at Jopa Market. The confrontation between the two individuals quickly turned into a physical altercation.

Branch manager Abhay Shankar Pathak, displeased with the incident, visited the Vindhyachal police station to file a case against the cashier. However, it is important to note that no official report has been filed at this time.

The head of the Vindhyachal police station, Dayashankar Ojha, confirmed that there was an argument between the bank cashier and the customer. Both parties have been summoned to the police station for further investigation. The police are currently looking into the matter.
