Mr. Gandura claims that during Mr. Bhomaram’s time as the managing director of Alwar CCB from June 20, 2015, to April 18, 2018, he caused financial loss to the bank.

During the raid operation, the ACB officers and employees involved switched off their mobile phones. The ACB team discovered several pieces of information related to property, but the specifics of what the Jhunjhunu ACB team found remain unclear. However, according to information from the ACB headquarters, the searches conducted at four locations uncovered leases for seven plots, gold and silver jewelry, documents related to movable and immovable assets, and bank accounts.
Disproportionate Assets
Based on the documents found, the ACB estimates that Mr. Bhomaram and his family have amassed assets worth crores of rupees. These assets are disproportionately higher than their legal income. The ACB also noted that there is a petrol pump in Khinvsar Nagaur registered under Mr. Bhomaram’s wife’s name, and a hotel is under construction in Nagaur.
