In a heartwarming act of generosity, Mits Healthcare, a company based in Panchkula, Haryana, has gifted 15 cars to its top-performing employees just before the Diwali festival. This thoughtful gesture was made by MK Bhatia, the owner and director of the company, as a way to reward and inspire his dedicated team.

Bhatia refers to his employees as “celebrities” and “rockstars,” emphasizing that they are more than just staff members—they are like family. “We don’t call them employees. They are our celebrities, our family,” Bhatia told ANI news agency. He also shared that the company operates “a little differently,” with a strong focus on employee development and recognition.

The company, which mostly hires fresh graduates, provides them with training and opportunities to grow. Bhatia explained that those who perform exceptionally well are promoted to leadership roles, such as vice-president, president, and director, based on their work. Along with these promotions, the employees receive a special reward—a car. All of the 15 employees who received cars this year had been promoted to directors just four months ago.

Bhatia mentioned that his employees are all under 28 years old, highlighting the company’s focus on nurturing young talent. “We want to motivate them to excel and grow with the company,” he said.

This is not the first time Bhatia has made headlines for such a gesture. Last year, he gifted 12 cars to his employees, and he hopes to continue this tradition, aiming to gift 50 cars next year.

The idea of gifting cars came from Bhatia’s personal experience. After becoming an entrepreneur, he bought his first car, which he felt helped boost his confidence and made people take him more seriously. Now, he wants to offer the same experience to his employees. “Some of them didn’t even know how to drive at first,” he shared, but they quickly learned, and the gift has improved their confidence and lifestyle.

This generous act has not only brought joy to his employees but has also set an inspiring example of how businesses can appreciate and motivate their teams.
