The Chief Minister was promptly transported to the SSKM Hospital in Kolkata for medical care. The party urgently requested support and prayers for her recovery, as evidenced in their statement, “Our chairperson Mamata Banerjee sustained a major injury. Please keep her in your prayers.” Furthermore, Sukanta Majumdar, state president of Trinamool Congress, conveyed his hopes for her swift recovery, stating, “Wishing Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee a speedy recovery. Our prayers are with her for a quick return to good health.” Additionally, Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar, expressed deep concern and extended his well wishes for her speedy recovery.
