- The candidate should have served as a branch manager in a rural branch for at least 3 years or as an AFO for 3 years.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025

For Counselor FLCC:
- The selected candidates will receive a contract amount equivalent to their last drawn pay and allowances, minus the initial pension amount before commutation, plus applicable relief, or Rs. 15,000 per month, whichever is lower.
- Additionally, a lump sum amount of Rs. 500 per month will be provided for mobile, conveyance, etc.
- For pensioned retired bank officials from a nationalized bank, the “last pay and allowances drawn” condition will apply. Non-pensioners will be eligible for Rs. 15,000 per month along with the lump sum of Rs. 500.
- No other benefits or charges will be provided.
- TA/DA reimbursement for travel, as per the post requirements, will be provided at a revised rate of Rs. 300 per day, with actual traveling expenses reimbursed.
For Faculty:
- The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month. No additional allowances, benefits, payments, or facilities will be provided.
