A case has been registered against the bank manager at Govindgarh police station. The incident was reported by Sumer Singh, a resident of Khejaroli, who claimed that the SBI Bank in Khejaroli placed a hold on his account without any prior notice. As a result, Singh filed a court petition, leading to the registration of a case against the bank manager, Vijay Agarwal.

Background of the Account Holder’s Relationship with SBI Bank

According to the account holder, he has been a customer of SBI Bank since 2007. In 2016, he took a loan from the bank and successfully repaid it. Then, in 2018, he took another loan, which was also closed after repayment.

In 2024, the account holder approached the Khejaroli SBI Bank for a loan once again. He was granted an offline loan of 15 lakhs and also received approval for a loan of 214,000 rupees through the SBI YONO app. The offline loan had an installment of 29,000 rupees, which the account holder paid for three months until March.

Despite making timely payments, the account holder’s account was suddenly placed on hold. When he approached the bank manager for an explanation, he did not receive a satisfactory answer. Frustrated with the lack of resolution, the account holder decided to file a complaint in court and also lodged a report at the Govindgarh police station.

In the complaint and report, the account holder specifically named the bank manager, Vijay Agarwal, as the subject of the complaint.
