Bank of Baroda Aditi: Bank of Baroda (BoB) has introduced a new virtual relationship manager called ‘Aditi,’ powered by Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance its digital customer service. This innovative tool is designed to provide customers with a more interactive and human-like experience while accessing banking services online. This is a very useful and high technology feature that will help customers in a lot of way.

What is ‘Aditi’?

‘Aditi’ is a virtual relationship manager that offers conversational banking, available through digital avatars. Customers can interact with ‘Aditi’ through audio, video, or chat on BoB’s web portal. This service is designed to work 24/7, ensuring that customers have round-the-clock access to banking services. One of its key features is multilingual support, making it easier for people across different regions to use. The bank is gradually rolling out ‘Aditi’ to its existing customers, who can sign up for the service through a simple enrollment process on BoB’s website.

How to use Aditi?

1.Visit Bank of Baroda website – https://www.bankofbaroda.in/. On the homepage you can see the banner of Aditi. Click on that.

2. Click on Interact

3.Enter Mobile Number, Account Number and click on Get OTP.

4.Now you can start your AI conversation with Aditi. Aditi will try to solve all your queries online. All queries related to Bank products can be handled efficiently by Aditi. This is a very useful and high-tech feature launched by Bank of Baroda.
